We are pleased to announce our own Derek Webb has been selected by the AIA Northern Virginia Design Awards to serve as a juror for their 2020 Design Awards. 

 

As part of its focus on climate action, AIA National has officially adopted the Framework for Design Excellence in 2019 which will include ten areas of focus for ethical and responsible design: Integration, Equitable Communities, Ecology, Water, Economy, Energy, Wellness, Resources, Change, and Discovery. Following AIA's lead, AIA Northern Virginia will focus on three of the ten measures in 2020: Equitable Communities, Economy, and Energy.
